Hi, I am Elvina Prasad and welcome to a new step in my life. I’m an 18 year old university student currently trying to discover my own path. I'm not above anybody or anything, I see myself as an equal and that's how people perceive me. One of my biggest interests revolves around fashion and photography, mixing these two things together has brought me here! I am excited to share my thoughts and knowledge on something I'm passionate about with all of you!
Most of you probably know me from my Instagram or Tumblr, but none of you really know who I am. Average Elle is a safe space that will allow me to collaborate and interact with my followers.

- My birthday is on October 19.
- I live in Vancouver.
- I hate, I repeat HATE spiders.
- I practically live and breathe social justice (yes, I am a social justice warrior).
- I am Fijian, however I was born and raised in Canada.
- Coffee is love. Coffee is life.
- My favourite colour is yellow.
- My favourite holiday is Christmas.
- I have one older (annoying) brother.
- I am around 5ft 3.
- I love seafood.
- My name means friend of elf.
- Someday I hope to be able to travel around the world. New York is probably first on my list of places I want to visit though.
- I don’t have a specific favourite genre of music, I listen to literally everything.
- I’m a sucker for a good sense of humour.
- I’m obsessed with dogs.
- I love horror movies.
- I’m not very athletic.
- When I really like a song, I will listen to it on repeat over and over until I get tired of it.
- I’m not a picky-eater.
- Math will be the death of me.
- My biggest pet peeve is when someone interupts me when I'm speaking.
- I like to think I’m a funny person (but my friends argue otherwise).
- The first time I discovered what eyeliner was I ended up making myself look like the reincarnation of Cleopatra.
- I’m more of a quiet person, but once I get comfortable with someone “inside voices” does not exist.
- I like to keep my circle of friends small.
- I enjoy exploring on my own and taking photos of my surroundings.
- I cannot stand negative people.
- My favourite flowers are peonies.
- I love talking to people about their passions.
- I don’t have any tattoos, but maybe I will someday.
- People always end up either spelling or pronouncing my name wrong.
- I’m an extremely empathetic person. If you cry, I will most likely end up crying with you.
- I get stressed out over the smallest things.
- I broke my ring finger in grade 8 during P.E. class when I attempted to catch a football.
- I love dancers, my favourite choreographers are Brian Puspos, Ian Eastwood, and Kyle Hanagami.
- If I had to choose one pair of shoes to wear for the rest of my life I would choose Chelsea boots.
- If there is a photo booth around, I will use it and probably drag you in with me.
- I got glasses on the last week of high school.
- I’m more of a savoury person.
- I’m always watching YouTube videos.
- I love any kind of citrus/fresh scent.
- I love the piano, sadly I don’t know how to play it.
- I’m jealous of people with green eyes.
- I had a K-Pop and K-Drama phase in high school.
- When I was younger I used to design clothing for my dolls.
- I find drawing very therapeutic.
- I can fall asleep anywhere.
- I like to change my hair a lot, but a week later I will regret is gravely.
- I have doctor handwriting, but I’m working to improve it.
